Steve has bent over backwards for us. We originally started out contacting him about rental properties then switched to buying newly constructed town homes. Then when we were on the verge of buying we expressed the desire to look at some houses and other properties and he was understanding and did not bat an eye. He showed us enough for us to realize we did want the town home but we needed something that was ready much sooner and he took us to another company and my wife and I fell in love with the home we found there. It has almost 500 sq ft more for the same price with one of four bedrooms downstairs for elder parents when they visit. Through out The Whole process it is obvious that he is very good at his job as every one we ran into from finance to loan officer to various construction companies reps and even cell phone clerks all had nothing but good things to say about Steve. He helped us find other services in the area we needed other than just a home like, cell phone carrier, electrician, general repair, insurance, all of which have been great and have been very helpful. He also went over the map of the area and explained to my wife and I how to understand addresses from the area and how to tell which area a general location will be based off the numbers in the street address. I have never been happier with a real estate professional who made me truly feel they deserved that big fat check after closing like Steve did! Thanks Steve.
